My name is Nishant Harsude
As a 21-year-old IT engineering student inspired while working with the Isha Foundation, I realized the world needs millets. These grains not only rejuvenate the soil but also heal those who consume them. However, millets are often overlooked for being tough to prepare and allegedly not tasty.
Determined to change this perception, I created Nisarga Soul, a cloud kitchen that transforms your favorite dishes into millet-based delicacies. From millet noodles to millet pizza, millet dal makhni bowls to millet manchurian idli, our menu offers protein-rich, low-calorie alternatives that are gentle on your gut and light on your stomach.
